认识干燥剂 What is desiccant

干燥剂是一种从大气中吸收潮气的除水剂,它的干燥原理就是通过物理方式将水分子吸附在自身的结构中,或通过化学方式吸收水分子,并改变其他化学结构,变成另外一种物质。

Desiccant is a drying agent that is used to absorb the moisture in air . The drying theory is to absorb the water molecule onto the desiccant structure  physically , or absorb the water molecule chemically in which chemical relation taking place , and result in substance change

 

硅胶干燥剂  Silica Gel

硅胶干燥剂主要成分是二氧化硅,由天然矿物经过提练加工而成粒状或珠状。作为干燥剂,它的微孔结构(平均为2A)。对水分子具有良好的亲和力。会将最适合的稀湿环境为室温(20~32)、高潮(60~90%),它能使环境的相对湿度降低至40%左右。广泛用于服装、鞋帽、皮革、箱包、药品、家具、仪器仪表等产品的防潮。

   The main content of Silica Gel is Silicon Oxide that come from processed nature mineral , and in the shape of bead or grain . This desiccant  demonstrate a good attraction to the water molecule owning to it’s micro pore structure ( the average figure is 2A ). The silica Gel is capable of reduce the relative humidity below 40% from 60~90% in ambient environment of 20  ~ 30 degree . That is why this product is widely use in garment , shoe , leather , suitcase, Pharmacy , furniture and instrument industry . 

石灰干燥剂Lime Desiccant CaO Desiccant

石灰干燥剂主要成分为精选CAO,外形为白色(或灰白色)颗粒,通过化学反应吸收水分,因此吸水具有不可逆性,吸收的水份不会因重新挥发而返回被干燥物。不管外界环境湿度高低,本品能始终保持大于自重30%的吸湿能力。主要用于饼干、海苔制品、干果、糖果、茶叶等食品和其它工业品的防潮。

The main content of lime desiccant is enriched Calcium Oxide in shape of white particle . It can absorb the water via irreversible chemical relation to ensure the moisture would not re- evaporate and thus the material are kept dry . This product is capable of maintain adsorption capacity around 30% of it’s mass , no matter how the relative humidity of the environment is . The application include dehydration for biscuit , seaweed, candy , tea and other foods , as well as other industrial products .

[性状] Feature

细孔硅胶包括细孔球形硅胶和细孔块状硅胶,外观呈透明或半透明玻璃状。平均孔径 2.0-3.0nm , 比表面650-800m2/g , 孔容0.35-0.45ml/g , 比热0.92KJ/kg.℃,导热系数0.63KJ/mhr.℃。细孔硅胶又称A型硅胶。

Fine pore silica gel , including  regular ( spherical ) and irregular ( Lumpy ) fine pore silica gel . With the average pore diameter of 2.0 nm , and an internal surface area of approx. 650-800m2/g , pore volume of 0.35-0.45ml/g , specific heat of 0.92KJ/kg.℃ and thermal conductivity  of 0.63KJ/mhr.℃ . Fine pore silica gel is also known as A-type silicone .

[用途] Application

主要用于干燥、防潮,也可用作催化剂载体、吸附剂、分离剂、以及变压吸附等。

mainly used for drying, moisture-resistant, but also can be used as carrier of catalyst , adsorbents, as well as separation
